1. Eligibility for Returns
You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
The following items are non-returnable:
Lingerie, underwear, and swimwear
Sale or discounted items
Customized or personalized products
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at support@universalvogue.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll share the return address and detailed instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If you don’t receive the refund, please check with your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchange Policy
To exchange an item (size, color, etc.), please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 3 days of delivery and include an unboxing video.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
